Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our packages reserve specialist time and produce custom digital work. This policy explains cancellation and refund handling while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before work starts
You may request cancellation before discovery, planning, design, production, development, account setup or other project work begins. If approved, we may refund the service payment less non-refundable payment-processing costs and third-party costs already committed for your order.
After work starts
Once work has started, a full refund is normally unavailable because time and capacity have been reserved and custom work has been performed. If cancellation is accepted, we will assess completed work, committed costs and delivered materials. Any approved partial refund is calculated from the remaining undelivered scope.
Completed or delivered services
Completed custom digital services, approved milestones, delivered source files, completed advertising management periods and activated third-party services are non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a material failure to deliver the agreed scope.
Monthly marketing services
Monthly packages cover a defined 30-day service period. Cancellation prevents renewal or a future service period but does not normally refund work already produced, campaigns already managed, or time already reserved. Advertising spend paid directly to Meta, TikTok or another platform is governed by that platform and is not refundable by Deflex Tech.
Change of mind and scope changes
A change of preference, business direction, platform policy, internal approval or requested feature does not automatically create refund eligibility. We will first offer a reasonable correction where the delivered work materially differs from the written purchased scope.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email billing@deflextech.com with the order number, purchaser email, reason and supporting details. Requests should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered. We may request additional information before deciding.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method. Bank or provider processing times vary and may take several business days after issuance. A refund cannot be redirected to another card, account or person.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve a billing or delivery concern. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of services and preservation of order, access and delivery records for the payment provider.
